Job Description
- Prepare the daily and monthly attendance
- Maintain leaves database
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Filing system hard copy and soft copies.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team/unit.
- Responsible for taking minutes of meetings, comments, and details to provide general assistance during meetings
Job Requirements
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
