Job Description
- Handle daily operations of the IT department.
- Troubleshoot MS based systems to determine technical issues.
- Maintaining company networks and systems.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Maintaining CCTV/IP cameras surveillance System
- Instruct employees on how to perform technological maintenance.
- Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use.
- Maintain system efficiency.
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
- Make recommendations for future upgrades.
- Working with E-mails servers
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Help on uploading articles/blogs for website and social media
Job Requirements
- One to three years experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required
- Excellent IT, communication, leadership and management skills
- Ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously
- MCSA and CCNA is a puls
