Job Description
- Plan manufacturing, delivery schedules, and purchasing activities.
- Analyze requirements and place purchase orders.
- Follow up on the short-term plans that will be the reference of the Monthly S&OP.
- Communicate with the Sales in order to fulfill Sales weekly demand.
- Coordinates any changes & updates requirements for the Sales Demand.
- Communicate with purchasing department to ensure the necessary materials to meet the production plan.
- Co-ordinate and maintain adequate stock levels to ensure sales requirements are delivered.
- Maintain the lowest possible level of inventory.
- Record production data, including volume, produced consumption of raw materials or planning control measures.
- Record inventory data, including inventory shortages, excess inventory and end-of-life materials.
- Daily monitoring of production output versus stock levels, Customer demand, and production schedules.
- Following up on Production Compliance Reports in accordance with the pre-determined weekly Plan.
- Modify the production plan and communicate it with the involved parties.
- Prepares all kinds of needed reports.
- To Develop, implement and review the department operational control procedures.
- Handle and finalize any task requested by the direct manager.
Job Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor degree in Supply chain or Logistics or Statistics or Engineering.
- MBA is a plus
- Ideal Experience/ Exposure:
- From 1 to 3 years' experience in Electrical company or FMCG
- Foreign langue’s:
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic languages.
- Computer proficiency:
- MS office applications is a must.
- Knowledge of SAP System is a must.
- Training/ Professional certificates:
- APICS CPIM is a plus
- APICS CSCP is a plus
- Six Sigma is a plus
