Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced national sales manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz in the strategically important market of Saudi Arabia. The role encompasses managing the distributor relationship and sales team effectively to deliver the sales targets set. The responsibility is broad as you will be required to manage multiple key account relationships to further develop our brands and negotiate and execute the joint business plans. This role will have a lot of importance within the organization, reporting directly to the commercial director for KSA and regular exposure to the senior management team, it is therefore critical you can communicate effectively, be confident and own your business performance.


In brief, you will be responsible for;

  • Management of respective trade channel using the Distributor sales and merchandising team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely forecasting of Distributor sales within the standard operating process
  • Key account management including budget control and execution of promotional plans
  • Implement the aligned trade marketing plan for trade promotions, visibility, distribution, trade spend effectiveness and NPD guidelines.
  • Ensure the growth of distribution levels as per agreed KPIs for existing brands and for achieving distribution levels within the agreed time frame for NPDs.

Job Requirements

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor or Master Degree;
  • National Sales Manager or higher experience in a top company
  • A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel
  • A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively, Arabic as a first or second language is preferred.
