We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Business Development Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Country Manager –Qatar and Oman position lies within the European Middle East and Africa Zone. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Gulf Commercial & MENAT Customer Development Director. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of targets and driving company sales for our Kraft Heinz Portfolio will be your primary responsibility.


In brief, you will be responsible to;

  • Achieve sales targets by directing, coaching and controlling the activities of the sales team (Distributor) to deliver sales, market share and execution targets
  • Managing the relationship with the distributor sales team and management via weekly and monthly rituals and routines meeting to identify gaps and set action plans to close.
  • Work with Key Accounts to execute promotional plans and category projects that deliver growth for KHC and retailer
  • Implement all market activation activities to achieve impact at the point of purchase
  • Management of promotional activity, price increase proposals and P&L management

Job Requirements

Hard Skills

  • MBA in Sales, Management & Marketing as the medium of University education
  • Work experience of 3-5 years at a Managerial level. Prior work experience in an FMCG environment is important
  • A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel
  • A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
