Job Description
- Support of SAP modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality
- Design, configuration and testing in various SAP Modules (FI, SD in S4HANA)
- Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions
- Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices
- Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map
- client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
- Managing documentation: status reports, project briefs/timelines, SAP workflows
- Coordinating deliveries across internal teams
- Manage support ticket queue, driving a high standard in customer satisfaction and high-quality resolutions.
- Provide SAP performance reports such as open items, blocked items, clearing status in GLs, month-end reporting analysis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in I.T, Computers or related field
- SAP configuration experience
- At least one full lifecycle SAP implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live)
- Business knowledge and process design skills
- Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
- Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
- Can work with remote teams across the MENA region through clear and effective communication skills
