Opportunity Summary:
The Technical Services Engineer is a client facing position where you will assist with various task from configuring customers instances, develop integrations using our API, and work with project managers to deliver technical deliverables associated implementations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with project managers, customer success managers and sales to scope and define requirements
- Simultaneously manage multiple client engagements.
- Assist with client deliverables associated to implementations
- Deliver billable configuration work
- Develop creative solutions using web services to extend our product to meet custom client needs
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of technical engineering experience or relevant experience in a customer facing role
- 1 year experience as a project manager
- Proven ability to prioritize activities, set objectives and meet milestones
- Well organized. Able to deliver project milestones and deliver on-time
- Experience working with C# and another object-oriented programming language, ideally Java.
- Experience with Visual Studio, HTML and CSS would be ideal
- Understanding of software development cycle
