  • Preparing the needed reports
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.

Job Requirements

  • Outgoing and energetic attitude
  • Good listening skills. Practice active listening and negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Computer experience especially “ Microsoft Office “
  • English speaker at least V.good in speaking and writing
  • Back office Experience at telecommunication is preferred
  • Residence in 6th October or nearby (Working hours (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
