Job Description
- Reviewing and Processing applications received from loan officers and sales representatives to confirm the completeness of the required documents and prepare loan contracts for signing with the customer and guarantors
- Visiting the customer’s business premises to identify the customer, confirming customer documents and sign the contracts , as well as confirm the ownership of the financed business to the customer
- Control over timely, correct and complete identification of loan customers in case of his identification at FAWRY Plus outlets
- Control of the correctness of data entry for loan contracts, guarantors’ agreements and possible additional agreements, such as restructuring, change of conditions, etc.
- Ensure the completeness and proper storage of the package of documents used in the process of loan approval and its disbursement
- Technical support of loan officer’s / sales representatives; providing information on customer requests
- Collection of statistics on clients in the processing stage (pipeline) and reasons for the delay in loans disbursement
- Identify and report suspicious transactions and decisions to operation manager
- Guarantee the confidentiality of processed information
Job Requirements
- University degree of economics / banking / finance / accounting
- Experience in credit controlling / financing / Banking (1 year +)
- Good knowledge of internal rules and procedures
- Attentiveness to details
- Zero tolerance to violations of established rules and procedures
- Flexibility to travel on short assignments
- Proficiency in using MS Office products (Word, Excel).
- Good English is extra
