Job Description

  • Develop primary delivery schedule for projects using primavera in addition to a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Maintain payment plan by reporting details for units & projects,
  • Follow up on the imported orders status of units & projects.
  • Revision for the interim payment for manufacturing orders.
  • Ensure compliance with specifications in materials, equipment and works.
  • Follow up on project interim payment collection, receiving of cheques & letters of guarantee.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Attend the meetings of the project at the strategic level in general and the executive level sometimes.
  • Manage the relationship with the client, third parties and vendors.
  • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
  • Coordinating between the different departments of the company.
  • Communicate with supervisors, managers, and vice presidents on department operations.
  • Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews.
  • Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations

Job Requirements

  • Sc. Electrical / Mechanical Power Engineering
  • 10 years of experience in sales activities of Electrical / Mechanical Power.
  • Experience in Kitchen & Laundry equipment is preferable.
  • Excellent user for primavera
  • Excellent user for Microsoft office, specially excel, power point.
  • English Business writing, reading &spoken
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Excellent Negotiation, Presentation skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Problem solving
  • Business acumen
  • Basic technical knowledge.
