Job Description

  • Responsible for ensuring recruitment needs and targets are being met
  • Ensuring all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and initiative recommends improvements
  • Managing the selection and assessment process to ensure the quality of employees is sufficient and effective for the growth of the organization
  • Handling activities related to dealing with outside suppliers, Recruitment Agencies and employment fairs
  • Responsible for maintaining an active and organized pipeline of applications for various positions
  • Reporting recruitment performance (on time and quality of hiring) metrics
  • Monitoring team performance in comparison to the benchmarks and conducts problem-solving when and if required
  • Auditing when and if required on the recruitment team for ensuring compliance with COPC Standards
  • Provides coaching and development to recruiter/recruiter to enhance their skills in providing excellent internal customer service
  • Settles team objectives on a quarterly basis and conducts annual performance appraisal for the team areas
  • Provides comprehensive regular feedback and analysis to the HR Manager regarding measurable response to recruitment advertising activities.

Job Requirements

Professional Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Recruitment (Preferably BPO Industry)
  • 1-2 years of people management experience.

Language Skills:

  • Arabic is mandatory
  • Proficiency in English
