Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring recruitment needs and targets are being met
- Ensuring all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and initiative recommends improvements
- Managing the selection and assessment process to ensure the quality of employees is sufficient and effective for the growth of the organization
- Handling activities related to dealing with outside suppliers, Recruitment Agencies and employment fairs
- Responsible for maintaining an active and organized pipeline of applications for various positions
- Reporting recruitment performance (on time and quality of hiring) metrics
- Monitoring team performance in comparison to the benchmarks and conducts problem-solving when and if required
- Auditing when and if required on the recruitment team for ensuring compliance with COPC Standards
- Provides coaching and development to recruiter/recruiter to enhance their skills in providing excellent internal customer service
- Settles team objectives on a quarterly basis and conducts annual performance appraisal for the team areas
- Provides comprehensive regular feedback and analysis to the HR Manager regarding measurable response to recruitment advertising activities.
Job Requirements
Professional Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in Recruitment (Preferably BPO Industry)
- 1-2 years of people management experience.
Language Skills:
- Arabic is mandatory
- Proficiency in English
