Wave Call Center is urgently hiring “Customer Service and PR Representatives”
- Responding to Customer Queries
- Handling Complaints.
- Maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Build a good Rapport with Clients over the phone.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Working Conditions:
- 6 working days / 1 day off.
- Work Location: Nasr City
- Social Insurance.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Very Good English.
- Preferred Faculty of commerce - English Section graduates
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Graduates.
- Age: From 22 to 30
- From 1 to 2 years experience
- Experience in tele-sales is a plus
