Job Description
- Supervises the sale and payment of travel tickets and finding the best solutions to facilitate the transportation of passengers and their luggage and to secure bookings of customers, whether by air, sea or land transport in the various possibilities that the client wishes to visit.
- Follow up and supervise the booking of rooms in hotels and other related to the accommodation of passengers.
- Work on organizing individual and group trips and travel.
- Supervising the insurance operations of road accidents for tourists
- Validating entry visas for countries that require this.
- Supervising the application of all laws relating to the procedures of passports and customs, carrying dangerous and precious materials and cash.
- Supervising the issuance of publications, leaflets and guides on travel and tourism for distribution inside or outside the country.
- Supervise technically and administratively the employees under his administration to raise and develop their competence and take into account the application of subordinates bases and instructions for occupational safety and health.
Job Requirements
- University certificate suitable
- Experience of at least 10 years, including at least 3 years as a manager
- Must have good relations with companies working in this field
- Proficiency in English is a prerequisite
