Job Description
Job Summary:
- Responsible to support sales team and coordinate sales-related activities within the company, they contribute to achieving sales team targets.
- This may include, but not limited to scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
- Prepare and follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
- Prepare proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations.
- Respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
- Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
- Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
- Update the status of sales order in the database or computer.
- Prepare monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis.
- Produce reports on progress within the department and outlines any developed strategies to improve.
- Oversee any supercharges and evaluating any alterations to both external and internal staff.
- Attend network and promotional events to develop and maintain contact with potential clients and professional bodies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration or any related discipline.
- From 2-4 years of experience.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English.
