Job Description
- Utilize all the sources of candidates.
- Monthly report to the head of the department of the man power plan.
- Handling company payroll (Deductions, bonuses etc.)
- Implementing KPI’s process.
- Post open vacancies on the Internal and external Job Market tool & other tools if needed.
- Summer trainees, CVs screening, selection, on boarding, induction session, also coordinate with the concerned managers about the summer internship programs and its needs.
- Handling anniversary event and team building in and out of Cairo.
- Maintaining on-going recruitment cycle.
- Retention plans and employees benefits ideas.
- Handling employee personnel and paper works.
- Monitor attendance reports, adherence and conformance of morning & night shifts.
- Setting action plans with progress time frames.
- Issuing HR letters and related paper works.
- Being the interface with labor office and handling all social insurance processes.
- Working on establishing well designed quality control process for agents & customer calls.
- Coordinate with the Company's Bank Representative the employee’s issues (Loans, New Accounts open, Cards issuance, etc...).
- Working on registering with medical insurance company that suits company’s assigned budget.
- Monthly update for the Master Data Sheet as the addition of any new hire.
