Job Description
- Managing and supervising all showroom sales and display matters to meet the needs of clients.
- Making sure to solve any problem in the showroom or with clients to guarantee the client’s full satisfaction
- Supervision on the sales process and clients meeting with sales staff, guiding and train sales staff.
- Closely managing and monitoring the progress in showroom sales targets achievement
- Develop sales plans to introduce products in new markets
- Following up the sales operations and clients relationships and solving their problems as needed
- Organize and distribute the tasks to subordinates and give support and evaluating their performance
- Preparing monthly sales, visits reports and analysis by clients sources
- Suggesting under-required items to be ordered to the logistics department.
- Preparing weekly cashbox reports and sales documents to the accounting department.
- Working to improve the style of products display matters continuously to reach the best results and assigning technicians to fix any damage.
- Participating and managing showroom design display and Checking display regularly of all items to order any missing i
- Study the market and follow-up the competitors and prepare a report by their products to be aware of any new products in the market
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferably in Fine Arts or interior design.
- Sales or marketing diploma preferred
- Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
- Minimum amount of experience required is 7 years in the same field
- Extensive experience in sales environment especially in tiles, natural stone and sanitary ware
