Main Duties:
- Responsible for selling IT Solutions, responding to clients queries, and providing advice and support on a range of product related issues..
- Preparing reports for head office and senior managers.
- Build and maintain account relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and win new Enterprise accounts through the effective new business development and account management.
- Prepare and Present Quarter, half year and annual business plans.
- Basic understanding of contracts, Terms and conditions and the ability to negotiate
- Increase the number of sales channels, developing the existing channels.
- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
