Job Description
- Promote and develop international marketing materials for global fairs like mailings, emails, etc...
- Responsible for initial inquiries from the company clients.
- Respond appropriately to telephone, personal and e-mail inquiries.
- Assess status of potential clients in order to determine eligibility and provide information on visa requirements, etc...
- Manage and coordinate the admission service, providing information and advice relating to the company global fairs. To provide additional documentation to assist with visa applications if required.
- Setup and maintain a computerized database of Egyptian clients records, analyzing data and producing reports for sales and marketing purposes.
- Responsible for the Entry Ticket selling of the company and keeping book records of the sales.
- Providing updated daily finance sheet about the Entry tickets.
- Preparing in the production procedures of publicity materials and press work.
- To Maintain and update the company Egypt Homepage
- Develop and maintain a general office filing system
- Carrying out with the company clients in Egypt the marketing and sales activities
- Carry out such duties as are required and as are commensurate with the post.
Job Requirements
- Hard workers, Dynamic person
- At least 2-5 years of experience
- Fluency in English is a must
- Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge is a must
- Good communication abilities with the customer
