Job Description

  • Insert Customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data from computer entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check the output
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures
  • Keep information confidential.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Job Requirements

  • Outgoing and energetic attitude
  • Good listening skills. Practice active listening
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Computer experience especially “ Microsoft Office “
  • English speaker at least good in speaking and writing
  • Experience +1
  • Back office Experience at telecommunication is preferred
  • Residence in 6th October or nearby (Working hours (7:00 AM - 4:00PM)
