Job Description
The jobs in this level are responsible for filing legal documents to ensure that legal information is complete and up-to-date. Job holders also assist higher levels in preparing legal documents and handling shareholder communication.
Duties:
- Follows all relevant legal procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Follows the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Legal Department to ensure continuity of work.
- Files legal documents and enters data on a regular basis to ensure that legal information is complete and up-to-date.
- Assists the Head of Legal in daily and routine admin work related to the legal department and the legal team.
- Interprets and gives sound advice as requested by superiors to facilitate legal efficiencies within the overall department
- Interacts and communicates with external parties, encompassing legal advisors and ministries, to follow up on legal issues and cases.
- Assist the Head of Legal in drafting basic legal documents.
- Assists in shareholder communication to ensure any queries or issues are handled in a timely manner.
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Job Requirements
- Education: BSc. in Law.
- Experience: 2-4 years of related experience.
