Job Description
- Handle all administration & government relation related activities for work facilitation
- Supervise and ensure the desired level of cleanliness that should meet Nahdet Misr Standers.
- Coordinate and follow up with couriers regarding all related activities.
- Coordinate all meetings & events.
- Investigate current inventory levels like stationery, materials & equipment.
- Coordinate with procurement unit on local purchases of stationery, equipment, supplies.
- Ensure high level public relations with employees & suppliers.
- Supervise the performance of suppliers services such as physical security, cleaning, etc…
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 7:9 years of relevant experience
- Good command of Arabic & English
- Proficient user of MS Word, Excel, and the Internet.
- Excellent communication Skills
- Teamwork spirit.
- Working with people and under stress.
- Good management skills
- Planning & Organizing
- High sense of accountability
- Detail oriented.
