Main Job Duties:
- Create, review, edit, and publish informative and engaging content for the company website
- Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter,LinkedIn, YouTube, etc)
- List company information, contacts, and products in business directories, and follow up effectiveness.
- Become an advocate for the company in Social Media spaces, building significant number of followers, engaging in dialogues with clients/potential clients where appropriate.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, English, journalism or related field
- Very good command of English Language
- Advanced writing and editing skills
- Basic knowledge of computer tools (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented with good organizational ability
- Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge is a plus
- SEO knowledge is a plus
