Architect (Part-time)

Responsible for reviewing and approving all engineering and architectural works of the city, whether for the management or for clients under the supervision of the Executive Director of the city.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and approving the finishing permits submitted by customers and ensuring that they are not violated and conform to the internal laws and regulations of the city.
• Review the quantities of building materials required in the declaration of finishing and make sure that they match the technical and quantity of the works provided for in the statement of finishing or maintenance.
• Follow up the implementation of the approved work plan for any existing or new engineering works in the compound.
• Preparing the work reports on a regular basis as requested by the Board of Directors and the President of the Union in respect of the engineering and architectural works carried out or under implementation.
• Upgrading of city planning (power lines, irrigation, drainage, etc.) as a built-in port - and its adoption by the Executive Director and President of the Federation and the delivery of an electronic copy of the drawings for conservation by the Department.
• Design any engineering drawings required by the department.
• The application of internal regulations in the city and adopted by the union of occupants to all members equally. What he assigns to other works within the function.

مسئول عن مراجعة واعتماد جميع الأعمال الهندسيه والمعماريه للمدينه سواء للأداره أو للعملاء

تحت اشراف المدير التنفيذي للمدينه.

الأدوار و المسؤليات:

• مراجعة وأعتماد تصاريح التشطيب المقدمه من العملاء والتأكد من عدم اخلالها ومطابقتها للقوانين واللوائح الداخليه للمدينه.
• مراجعة كميات مواد البناء المطلوبه في تصريح التشطيب والتأكد من مطابقتها الفنيه والكميه للأعمال المنصوص عليها في تصريح التشطيب أو الصيانه .
• متابعة تنفيذ خطة العمل المعتمده لأي أعمال هندسيه قائمه أو جديده بالكومباوند
• اعداد تقارير العمل بشكل دورى حسب طلب مجلس الاداره ورئيس الاتحاد فيما يخص الأعمال المهندسيه والمعماريه المنفذه أو تحت التنفيذ.
• رفع تخطيط المدينه (خطوط كهرباء ، ري ، صرف ، الخ ) كما هو منفذ As Built – واعتماده من المدير التنفيذي ورئيس الاتحاد وتسليم نسخه الكترونيه من الرسومات للحفظ من قبل الاداره.
• تصميم أي رسومات هندسيه مطلوبه من قبل الاداره.
• تطبيق اللائحه الداخليه بالمدينه والمعتمده من اتحاد الشاغلين على كافة الأعضاء بالمساواة.
• ما يسند اليه من أعمال اخرى في اطار الوظيفه.
