Job Summary
Responsible for supporting and assisting our customers to make sure that they have received their orders on time with a hassle free experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and preparing daily progress reports.
- Registering new operations.
- Replying to Customers' queries.
- Replying to drivers' queries.
- Handling all the contract preparation process.
- Prepare all the reports and documentations regarding the clients, drivers and order scheduling.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor degree of: any university background, preferred if business administration and Finance.
- Years of experience in the same field: 2 -3 years
- Good English Language
- Computer skills required: good MS office skills
- Very Good in Numbers.
- Excellent Communication and analytical.
