Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting and assisting our customers to make sure that they have received their orders on time with a hassle free experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and preparing daily progress reports.
  • Registering new operations.
  • Replying to Customers' queries.
  • Replying to drivers' queries.
  • Handling all the contract preparation process.
  • Prepare all the reports and documentations regarding the clients, drivers and order scheduling.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Bachelor degree of: any university background, preferred if business administration and Finance.
  • Years of experience in the same field: 2 -3 years
  • Good English Language
  • Computer skills required: good MS office skills
  • Very Good in Numbers.
  • Excellent Communication and analytical.
