Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive revenue generation for Uber through prospecting, qualifying and closing new businesses.
  • Daily cold calls, meetings, emails, and marketing campaigns with prospects
  • Help us identify and build best practices for your sales team and others.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients that will generate revenue as new features go-to-market.
  • Work Closely with other channels: On-boarding & Account managers.
  • Update leads, Opportunities and Accounts on Salesforce.
  • Wear multiple hats: sales strategy, lead generation, sales rep, and account manager.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Passionate. You love Uber. You are driven by helping others and being on the front-lines of a highly visible, fast-growing brand.
  • 1-3 yrs professional experience required
  • Cool and calm under pressure. You have superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks.
  • Naturally curious. You love learning how things work and you’re always looking for ways to innovate. You enjoy testing different support strategies and tracking the results.
  • Agile. You can move quickly with care. You embrace change and can absorb new information with ease.
  • Negotiator: You have an excellent negotiation and selling skills

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be positive, self-motivated individual with a desire to learn
  • Proven track record of growing client accounts and revenue targets.
  • Previous sales or account management experience
  • Previous high volume cold-calling experience, ideally in enterprise sales environment considered a plus
  • Experience with email campaigns and salesforce is considered a plus
