Maintain and optimize MS Exchange System 2010, 2016.
Monitor MS Exchange infrastructure performance and troubleshoot problem areas such as Mail Flow, DNS records, Antispam services.
Have a very strong background for Exchange migration specially Exchange Server from 2010 -> 2013 and 2013 -> 2016.
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to Exchange incident management, configuration control, and audit/change management.
Providing technical leadership and recommendations.
Handle multiple installations in parallel and in different stages of implementation.
Perform system performance analyses and security audits, recommend reconfiguration to proactively eliminate future issues.
Perform other duties as directed by IT Management.

Minimum 4 years experience of high-level administration with MS Exchange 2010 through 2016 in a large Exchange Organization.
Strong hands-on administration experience on Windows 2008, 2012, 2016 server forest, domain trust, AD, DNS, Group Policy and certificate service.
Experience with Exchange Multi-tenancy preferred.
MCSE certified (Preferred).
Must have good organizational skills.
Ability to deal with multiple tasks and finished in a timely manner.
Self-motivated who can perform with minimal direction using creativity in solving problems.
Must have excellent verbal and written skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
