Job Description
- Maintain and optimize MS Exchange System 2010, 2016.
- Monitor MS Exchange infrastructure performance and troubleshoot problem areas such as Mail Flow, DNS records, Antispam services.
- Have a very strong background for Exchange migration specially Exchange Server from 2010 -> 2013 and 2013 -> 2016.
- Create and maintain documentation as it relates to Exchange incident management, configuration control, and audit/change management.
- Providing technical leadership and recommendations.
- Handle multiple installations in parallel and in different stages of implementation.
- Perform system performance analyses and security audits, recommend reconfiguration to proactively eliminate future issues.
- Perform other duties as directed by IT Management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience of high-level administration with MS Exchange 2010 through 2016 in a large Exchange Organization.
- Strong hands-on administration experience on Windows 2008, 2012, 2016 server forest, domain trust, AD, DNS, Group Policy and certificate service.
- Experience with Exchange Multi-tenancy preferred.
- MCSE certified (Preferred).
- Must have good organizational skills.
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks and finished in a timely manner.
- Self-motivated who can perform with minimal direction using creativity in solving problems.
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
