Job Description
- Creativity in design.
- Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project.
- Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space.
- Set costs and project fees according to budget.
- Prepare final plans, using computer applications.
- Create a timeline for the interior design project
- Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements.
- Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion.
- Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
- AutoCAD proficiency required.
- 1-3 years of Experience.
- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Must know how to use 3dsmax, Sketchup, Revit or any related rendering program.
- Must know how to draw 2D working drawings.
