Job Description
- Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Oversee and respond to incoming emails.
- Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.
- Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks.
- Handle complaints and specific clients requests.
- Ensure timely and accurate clients service.
- Answer all incoming calls.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as front office representative.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.).
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
