Job Description

  • Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Oversee and respond to incoming emails.
  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.
  • Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks.
  • Handle complaints and specific clients requests.
  • Ensure timely and accurate clients service.
  • Answer all incoming calls.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as front office representative.
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.).
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
