Job Description
- Follow up and finalizing the quantities for the subcontractors through calculation sheets, monitoring & certifying the weekly Mechanical progress (Piping fabrication, piping erection, steel structure, Equipment, Painting, scaffolding and Insulation)
- Monitoring the monthly payments for all subcontractors, follow up the contracts issues (Amendments, Extensions, Claims, contract closures).
- Handles purchase orders of spare parts, equipment, steel structure and piping showing the cost impact on project current estimate budget.
