Job Description
The marketing and communications manager position requires an individual who is passionate about creating out-of-the-box marketing campaigns and eager to communicate Fight & Fitness Factory’s persona to fitness enthusiasts & athletes, healthy foods, fitness products and medical communities. You will be managing all marketing and communication functions including:
- Creating and implementing a marketing and communications plan across on all F3 mediums to promote F3 services.
- Developing and enhancing the marketing team performance.
- Generating a constant flow of leads across all sources; exhibitions, events, activations, campaigns, affiliates, etc.
- Maintaining the leads’ pipeline and monitoring the conversions with the sales department.
- Managing all F3 communications with; prospects, clients/members. External and internal. Offline and online. With coordination with all functional departments; Fitness, Customer Xperience, Sales and operations.
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences for each of our service types.
- Creating and organizing promotional activities on and off premise.
- Overseeing F3 advertising campaigns’ online and offline
- Overseeing and maintaining our online presence; social media, content update and creation, website, etc.
- Organizing and attending sports & fitness relevant events and exhibitions.
- Liaise with designers and printers to create content and promotional material.
- Creating affiliation agreements in relevant communities and vendors
- Coordinating sponsorship deals inside and outside F3 facility.
- Creating corporate activations and programs to further promote F3 services.
- Communicating our news and events to the media; offline and online.
- Generating performance reports for management review.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
