Job Description
Support at Technical Operations cycle through :-
- Preparing Technical Schedule for Technical Team.
- Receiving customer’s requests and creating work order on the System
- Following the order on system and making sure that engineering team are doing the proper update on the system.
- Following up the customer’s order with our Engineering team to make sure the issue has been solved.
- Review any open cases on system along with the service report and update the issue’s status to take the recommended action.
- Handling customer visits plan
- Reviewing Maintenance contracts on monthly basis
- Updating the system with new Device for warranty following up
- Handling Monthly Visits Report for Technical Team on monthly basis
- Managing company partnerships with vendors for any needed supports on monthly basis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- From 3-5 years of experience at the same field
- Have skills of problem solving to handle Customer Issues
- Have communication skills with clients and vendors planning and organizing skills
- Leadership and teamwork skills
- English proficiency
