Job Description
- Assist the Legal Department Director in managing all clerical, filing, archiving and typing activities.
- Responsible for performing all correspondences between the legal department and other departments.
- Typing, printing and preparing all reports for the department director
- Answering calls, directing invitations and taking minutes of meetings
- Assist the legal team in performing all clerical tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent computer skills (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Good language skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work extra hours when required
- Experience in the same role for not less than 3 years
- Accept challenges and able to meet deadlines
- Highly reliable and self-starter
