Job Description

  • Assist the Legal Department Director in managing all clerical, filing, archiving and typing activities.
  • Responsible for performing all correspondences between the legal department and other departments.
  • Typing, printing and preparing all reports for the department director
  • Answering calls, directing invitations and taking minutes of meetings
  • Assist the legal team in performing all clerical tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Excellent computer skills (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good language skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to work extra hours when required
  • Experience in the same role for not less than 3 years
  • Accept challenges and able to meet deadlines
  • Highly reliable and self-starter
  • Males only
