About the Job

We are looking to hire An energetic, mature, accountable, self-driven, fast learner and an excellent communicator to be part of our sales team:

  • Developing a database of leads through referrals, telephone, face to face, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email and networking
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly sales KPIs (value and volume)
  • Handle all customers segmentation to maximize company sales.
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market Conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing
  • Presenting our projects in a structured professional way face to face.
  • Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements.
  • Record the customer personal information accurately in a CRM system.
  • Organize site & Developer visits with interested clients.
  • Search for new sales opportunities.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree is a MUST
  • Experience 3 + years in Real Estate is a MUST
  • Own a car is a MUST
  • High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication & presentations skills
  • Ability to follow up with the clients
