Job Description
We are looking to hire An energetic, mature, accountable, self-driven, fast learner and an excellent communicator to be part of our sales team:
- Developing a database of leads through referrals, telephone, face to face, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email and networking
- Meeting monthly and quarterly sales KPIs (value and volume)
- Handle all customers segmentation to maximize company sales.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market Conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing
- Presenting our projects in a structured professional way face to face.
- Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements.
- Record the customer personal information accurately in a CRM system.
- Organize site & Developer visits with interested clients.
- Search for new sales opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is a MUST
- Experience 3 + years in Real Estate is a MUST
- Own a car is a MUST
- High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Good communication & presentations skills
- Ability to follow up with the clients
