We are a fast growing offline ( 5 stores ) and online home wear stores searching for an e-Commerce Customer Support Representative who can :

  • Manage all daily operations of the online sales
  • Managing and executing the e-commerce order cycle Tracking orders and shipping cycle.
  • Make necessary reviews for the customer returns resulting from the deterioration of campaign conditions or missing payment for any reason
  • full handling to our account with jumia and souq
  • develop and take new opportunities in the online market.
  • Detects the relevant orders on the system, follows up missing/over payment status and approves the payment.
  • Carry out the determined transactions when cargo are not delivered to customers due to lack of an address for example
Job Requirements
  • have used an ERP before. ( odoo is a plus )
  • have used jumia back end before.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and being familiar with numbers and is a must
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Strong communication, listening & interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility & ability to work in a team
  • Self-confident with professional behavior & attitude
  • High sense of time management
