Job Description
- Set up the yearly business action plan, objectives, targets to be achieved during the year.
- Developing industry penetration strategy and identify gaps and opportunities
- Cascading the approved targets with management to departments level and working to achieve it with the light of company vision.
- Providing management with periodical business reports and recommending solutions for business growth and enhancement
- Identify, assess, and inform the Management of internal and external issues that affect the organization
- Provide periodic reports on implementation and continuous traffic and monitor the business process in reality
- Coach and mentor staff as appropriate to improve performance
- Make use of available resources to provide higher implementation rates
Job Requirements
- Advanced degree in a related field, such as an MBA
- Previous experience in senior management.
- At least 10 years experience in Retail field is preferred
- Proven leadership ability
- Strong marketing and sales skills
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
