Job Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and facility schedulers.
  • Analyze current inventory to reduce carry costs.
  • Create and maintain purchase orders for all tags .
  • Creates transfers between facilities to ensure tags reach needed destination in a timely manner as needed.
  • ensure that orders are acknowledged correctly , and that any notes of delays &back orders and relevant information are present and complete.
  • Facilitate solution for open orders pas due & facilitate claims and secure replacement case needed.
  • Provide recommendations to develop procedures & process & reporting & costing and efficiencies.
  • Generate and analyse reports to facilitate any problems relevant to S&OP processes.

Job Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor degree
  • Experience : 2+ years in same field
  • Location & Residency : Alexandria
  • Skills : very good Microsoft office skills & Good abilities with handling shipping lines and shipping forwarding agencies & very good English skills & communications skills & good follow up skills .
