Software Project Manager

Main Job Duties:

• Project Manager will follow an established methodology to ensure that project’s/ products goals and objectives are met, completed on time and within budget.
• Tracks project progress with respect to time, budget and demonstrated results.
• Identifies variances from plan and ensuring mitigating actions are agreed and in place.
• Work with all departments involved to ensure all project activities are completed per plan,
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and create an environment where they can be successful and maximize their potential.
• Develop, improve and maintain a competitive and productive software development lifecycle (SDLC) process,
• Support the Software Quality Assurance process, defect resolution and release to production
• Ensure the documentation of Test Cases on Confluence for each feature story to enable developers and quality control to ensure each feature story with all its test cases are satisfied.
• Play a key role in the delivery of ongoing and new development initiatives
• Report daily and weekly to management on progress, accomplishments, and any issues or requirements, to ensure the success of the product.
• Fully manage the tasks on the Azure devops portal
