Job Description
- Receiving the purchase order from the sales team
- Booking the suitable shipment line according to the order requirements
- Following up the shipment process
- Preparing the required paper work for the (finance department / customs )
- Making sure to have the needed papers from the sales team
- Help to Prepare and manage all the necessary documents required for carrying out domestic as well as
- Verify the delivery of goods according to the customer specifications and ensuring that deadlines are met
- Collecting the payments on behalf of the client or organization and maintaining the bills for the same
- Ensure whether the rules and regulations are met by maintaining the information about licenses and tariffs
Job Requirements
- Graduated from a related filed
- Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills to interact with clients effectively and avoid any misconceptions
- Accurate, attentive and able to concentrate under pressure
- Good team player and able to coordinate with people effectively
- Effective skill in planning things
- Knowledge about different geographical locations and routes
- Expert problem solving skills
- Knowledge about various foreign languages (preferable).
- knowledge about international trade laws
- Perfect time management skills (Able to have flexible working hours (specially Holidays))
- Computer skills and efficient in working on various required software applications.
