Job Description
- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries.
- Vocal Point between all departments inside the company.
- File and maintain records.
- Greet persons entering establishment, determine purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Females - Preferred to be unveiled.
- 0-2 Experience - Fresh grads are welcome too if they're match the criteria and requirements.
- Excellent Verbal and written Communication Skills.
- Good in English
- Ability to use MS office "Excel and Word".
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
