• Dealing with different clients related to different activities
• Preparing technical offers / scope of work / budgetary items / cost elements
• Computer skills (word / excel / PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in English (spoken & writing) / and translation

Technical Qualification

• HSE & fire protection management auditing, inspection and assessment
• Emergency planning and scenarios preparing / implementation / assessment
• Read and review of engineering drawings (P&ID / PFD / HAC …etc)
• Preparing / review of process safety studies (HAZOP / HAZID / QRA … etc)
• ISO qualification / certification / training / implementation (9001 / 14001 / 18001 / 45001 / 17025 / 22000

Certification / Awareness (some / all)

• HSE Specialist (Basic / Advanced)
• OSHA
• NEBOSH
• Hazard & Operability - HAZOP
• Risk Assessment (Basic / Advanced) / Quantitative Risk Assessment - QRA
