About the Job
  • Manage all the current existing and new products and services and grow the overall revenues for the company
  • Create a commercial/marketing strategy for the company depending on the market conditions and execute and manage this strategy to grow the overall revenues and create new business streams and directions
  • Create strong reporting scheme and communicate with the companies board and CEO on the companies performance and propose new plans and directions to grow the business
  • Manage the companies overall budget to ensure higher revenues and growth and also manage expenditures and marketing expenditures in a efficient and effective manner Capable of proposing and launching various digital services and content value added services and managing its growth and enhancing its functionalities and maximizing its revenue potential.
  • Assist in business model creation and process for Hosting Project based on deep understanding of VAS (Value-added Services) market.
  • Support hosting service business development, business case development, commercial negotiation and communication.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of the strategic business development
  • Support hosting projects in terms of development plans, key milestone assessment as well as project governance.
  • Participates in the development of short-term and long-term objectives, Participates in the proposal process, proposal development, and client presentations
  • Assists in the development and implementation of the strategic business development
  • Effective communication with executive customers.
Job Requirements
  • Relevant experience in the Business Development of Value Added Services in the Telecom Company or VAS service provider.
  • Understanding of VAS business processes
  • Ability to understand the impact of business operational decisions on organizational initiatives
  • Ability to innovate, coordinate and report findings to different Business Units
  • Excellent skills in listening, presentation, negotiation, closing and follow-up skills
  • Result-orientated, passionate and a team player.
  • Language: Proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Business Development skills - Marketing and Product management skills.
  • Ability to formulate professional offers and proposals.
  • Strong presentation skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Power point, word, excell)
