Job Description
- Prepare realistic project schedule using appropriate too such as Primavera and MS project
- Calculate Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement for each stage of the projects. AND making source loading
- Coordinate with the project manager and other departments to ensure the execution of the plan
- Collect periodic updates and prepare weekly and monthly updates of the projects.
- Revise the plan if the progress lags or advances beyond the expectation. job requirements.
- Know the contract key dates, milestones and plan dates and how they relate to the overall project schedule.
- Perform daily monitoring of ongoing activities and report any deviations to higher manager with causes of delay and recommended recovery plan.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 1 to 3 years max
- Very good knowledge of planning software such as Primavera.
- Experience in water stations is preferred.
