Job Description
- Studding real estate projects, price plans, roads, residential and coastal areas
- Dealing with interested customers
- Marketing campaigns to promote the company's projects
- establish relations with marketing institutions to work together or with non-marketing institutions to present projects to their employees
- Organize time and work with a team
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
