  • Hardware and Software Troubleshooting skills.
  • Good Knowledge in Office 365.
  • Basic knowledge in Windows Troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge in Network Troubleshooting.
  • Active Directory is a Plus

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science.

  • Experience: 0 – 2 years’ experience in HelpDesk Role.
  • Languages: Good English
