Job Description

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and reserve appointments.
  • Ensuring incoming and outgoing mail is processed promptly.
  • Handling requests from different sources (website/vezeeta/mobile app and Hotline)
  • Communicate with branches to ensure right scheduling and handle any pending issues.
  • Understand and respond to Patients needs and issues over the phone.
  • Comply with the work standards and processes
  • Accountability for pending cases until resolved.
  • Ensure a high level of Patient's satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Location: Maadi
  • Experience in the call center/customer service minimum (6 Months).
  • Punctual, people oriented and problem-solving skills
  • Discipline & strict compliance with policies & procedures.
  • Ability to learn, seek knowledge and self-development.
  • Ability to work on a 12 hours shift basis
  • Proficiency in using MS Office application.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
