Job Description

Position Purpose
The Recruitment Coordinator will operate with a strong customer service orientation and a keen attention to detail. This person works diligently to ensure smooth and efficient processing occurs for both internal and external candidate experiences on an E2E setup. Works with hiring managers, candidates and Talent Acquisition team to ensure recruitment processing, administration, logistics & onboarding are managed seamlessly. Maintains a great brand with external and internal candidates when coordinating interviews and on-boarding. Provides Taleo processing expertise on recruitment processes enabled through Taleo & other TA tools. This includes requisition creation in Taleo, coordinating interview logistics, on-boarding, background checking, employment verification, sourcing and ensuring accurate reporting of TA dashboard

Primary Accountabilities

  • Receives request to create requisition, partners with hiring managers & TA/HR to ensure all data is accurate. Creates requisition in Taleo & posts vacancies. Closes requisitions after new joiner details are collected; and dispositions remaining candidates from the Applicant Tracking System
  • Coordinates interview schedules of qualified, external and internal candidates with hiring manager and interview team. Organizes interview logistics including meeting location and distribution of required documents (i.e. resume, requests for candidate information, interview guides, feedback forms, etc.).
  • Supports sourcing activities when relevant.
  • Supports employer branding activities including representation, coordination & logistics
  • Organize employment verification & on-boarding processes following notification of offer acceptance from Talent Acquisition. Coordinates reference & background checks...etc.
  • Liaise with line managers to ensure they have and understand the induction checklist and systems access/equipment request processes to support the new hire in their first few weeks.
  • Support the referral process
  • Support and Lead on Projects talent acquisition team as required and on an ongoing basis
  • Provide timely and professional customer service to all stakeholders by responding to queries, advising on policies and procedures and managing TA processes

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Minimum Bahcelor's Degree, preferred in HR but not required

Experience:

  • 1- 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity, supporting coordination activities
  • Working experience with MS office

  • Statistical experience and data analysis will have added advantage

Languages:

  • Professional fluency in English
  • Arabic & French are nice to haves
