Job Description
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Maintains excellent relationships with clients.
- Managing , objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Set Annual Sales budgets and plans, with monthly sales targets / activities.
- Generate Corporate Agreements / Partnerships and activities
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan including seasonal offers, events and promotional activities
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Executes and supports the company’s customer service standards.
- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or relevant field
- Experience in sales in the field of furniture is a MUST.
- 2-5 years of experience in the same field.
- Background about furniture manufacturing would be a plus.
- A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices
- Excellent team and communication skills
- An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
